Holding a position in a community organisation

This section of the PilchConnect website is to provide people who currently hold or are thinking of taking on a position or 'office' in a community organisation.

It could be that you have just taken over the reins as Treasurer of a small incorporated association, or are thinking of nominating to be a Director of a larger not-for-profit company. There are a number of legal responsibilities that come with these, and other roles, in a community organisation.
