PILCH invites your organisation to attend our final Workshop for 2007 (limited to 25 places) on:

 

How to have a "Happy" not "Silly" Festive Season and avoid liabilities during the Christmas Festivities


This is a practical guide to understanding your organisation's responsibilities and liabilities in the lead up to the Holiday Season.

 

Who should attend?

 

This seminar is open to everyone. It is likely to be of most interest to representatives of Not-for-Profit organisations including staff, volunteers, management and board and committee members.

 

The topics to be covered include:

 

  1. An introduction to the potential liabilities arising during the Festive Season.
  2. How to develop and implement anti-harassment, responsible alcohol and anti-discrimination policies.
  3. What are appropriate presents for the office Kris Kringle?
  4. How to ensure your workplace is culturally sensitive.
  5. How to communicate your organisation's Christmas policy to staff.

from 10.30am until 12.30pm

at Level 23 the Rialto Tower, 525 Collins Street Melbourne. Morning tea and refreshments will be provided.  There are only 25 places available so please RSVP by 30 November 2024 to secure your place. There is a registration fee of $30 for this workshop.
