'Best Practice Governance for Not for Profit Organisations', was presented by Clayton Utz in June 2006 (Melbourne) and by Tabitha Lovett again May 2007 (Geelong).
The seminar was designed to assist NFPs to understand their governance obligations and implement strategies to ensure that their organisation is meeting its auditing and reporting obligations. The presenters also assisted NFPs in identifying issues relating to governance on which they may require further legal advice.
