1. Information about the substantive content of a basic human right;
2. An overview of the relationship between homelessness and the human right, and the extent to which that human right is currently being implemented for homeless people in Australia at a federal and state level; and
3. Recommendations about legislative and policy reforms necessary to enhance implementation of the human right for homeless people at a federal and state level.
